"GardenSong is in a great location! We were able to walk to places we wished to visit in the downtown area. Self check-in worked well. My only issue involves food/drink. A message from GardenSong indicated "Southern Breakfast Included." A second message indicated "Help yourself to a complimentary beverage in your room upon your arrival - cereals and yogurts are available as well." "Hotel and grounds were lovely. Really enjoyed the antebellum charm. However, we were disappointed that there was no coffee maker in the room. One would expect that in a hotel of this quality. After our first night stay, the room was not serviced. We had to ask for fresh towels at 4:00 PM in order to make our New Year's even dinner. After that, the service was fine."
