The staff was helpful and the place felt safe, just not in the most scenic area, but that wasn't what I was looking for; I needed a clean and comfortable place for a good night's sleep and that's what I got. "Did not stay at this property due to hotels .com not the hotel. Let me start the lady at the front desk was wonderful. Let me start I booked and paid for the stay through hotels.com whe I arrived at property I was told they had not recieved any the reservation I immediately call hotline and was told they would handle it the gentleman was very helpful but he said he could not fix it would have to go to supervisor to fix which I was transferred to a overseas line she could.
