Anniversary Getaway
We had a wonderful stay! So many fun and interesting things to look at around the house. The location is AMAZING! We love visiting Natchez and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the carriage house.

Had a great stay as we were spoiled rotten by the host. We were able to walk to everything including the Choctaw Hall home which was incredible. Highly recommend if you like the good things in live šŸ˜€

Amazing place
We loved Carriage House! The house was uniquely decorated, had brick and wood floors and beautiful antiques. Perfect location near downtown and surrounded by beautiful old houses. It was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The host was very friendly checked to make sure we had what we needed. Would love to stay there again.

Perfect Natchez Getaway
The Terrace Cottage was very charming and in a perfect location. The cottage had everything we needed and extras like coffee, snacks and fresh fruit and muffins. We also had a tour of the lovely home by the homeowner, which was on Natchez spring pilgrimage tour. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Natchez and would definitely stay at terrace cottage again!

Terrace Coach House is a gem of a property. Great location convenient to historic homes, Mississippi River bluff and downtown. The space is lavishly decorated and the kitchen is outfitted with all the needed conveniences. Special ā€œgoodiesā€ included snacks, soft drinks & wine. A lovely place!!

The carriage house was a lovely step back in time and it is filled with eclectic artifacts. Bed was very comfortable. There is a charming courtyard and plenty of space for our dog. Our hosts were so helpful and kind. Their dogs are darling. The restaurants and shops just a few minutesā€™ walk. We would love to return.

Best hosts AND a great location!
We had the best experience in this uniquely decorated home. James and Geoff were so kind, fun and generous. They made sure we had everything we needed and gave excellent recommendations for dining and activities. We were in the heart of the historic district and only 3 blocks from the Mississippi River. We could walk to so many places and felt very safe. If we are blessed enough to go back, we would definitely stay there again.

Great home with personality
The carriage house was such a neat property. It was convenient to town, and easy to get to. Having designated parking was a nice perk. Jim introduced himself upon our arrival and let us know he was nearby if needed. The decor was exceptional. The kitchen had all the basics and a great French press, and the snacks were a wonderful addition. Both beds were very comfortable.

Fabulous Accommodations
This was our first trip to Natchez MS and we loved our carriage house accommodations.We met and enjoyed the property owners and they were wonderful people. They own a house that was on the Fall Pilgrimage Tour and we were thrilled to be invited in for a tour and a piano concert as well. We enjoyed the activities we had planned and eating at three locally owned restaurants as well. The carriage house was pet friendly and our small dog enjoyed her stay as well. The people are very friendly and I met a lot of neighbors on my daily walks with my dog. I hope to get back soon!

Overall the property was very nice. I do feel that the living room furniture is worn and uncomfortable to relax in and needs updating for comfort of guest. The shower head was a bullet nozzle type. I would recommend a newer type shower head. With or without changes we would consider returning. The Host was great and gave us a tour of their house which was very generous!

Ignore the picture that comes along with advertisement to this rental, which makes the property look like a loading dock. This quaint, well-appointed brick ā€œcarriageā€ house is a dream. On the property of one of Natchezā€™s gorgeous historical houses, we were floored at what effort the owners went to create an environment that is both ā€œhomeyā€ and eclectic, clean yet rustic, fun and nostalgic, and most importantly: comfortable. If you are a couple (or a family of three) interested locating to a place that is ā€œground -zeroā€ Natchez, this ā€œloading dockā€ is just the place for you! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Charming Carriage House
An attractively and imaginatively furnished BnB in the heart of historic Natchez, MS. The owners are very thoughtfully kind and have included unexpected welcome treats and wine for their guests. All aspects of the cottage and its amenities are immaculately clean and well cared for. I recommend the Terrace Carriage House whole-heartedly and would gladly stay here again on a return trip to this beautiful and charming city.

Unique & Eclectic little dream
This Carriage house is fantastic! The antiques and eclectic decor is an experience all on its own, thereā€™s so much to look at and admire just inside. The grounds are well maintained and stunning! The owners were very kind and welcoming. The bed is comfy and the space is ample for two (or three). Snacks, sweets, soft drinks, and waters were available in the kitchen, the bathroom was also stocked! This little gem is an antiquing, maximalists dream! Weā€™re already planning our next trip to Natchez and plan on staying here again, for the lovely space and proximity to the best spots in town.
