"Such a beautiful place for a restful stay. The home was very clean and well maintained. I especially like the rec room with pool table. It provided us an added gem to our stay. I loved getting eggs from the chickens and veggies from the garden, and I made omelets for everyone with these goodies. Our stay was definitely a 10 out of 10!!!"

Riverwood is at the base of low bluffs overlooking the river and consists of about a dozen cabins and smaller houses, almost all for short-stay rental. The host is a hilarious, friendly guide who through jokes, photo-taking and storytelling imparts a sense of the easygoing, vacationing atmosphere that's well supported at this hidden old-time fishing camp. "Thank you for letting us use your home. It was perfect for us. Just couldn't figure out how to keep the AC lower during the day but it did stay on at night. It was 94 degrees that day!! Crazy Ohio weather!"

We took advantage of the small boat and fishing area, the hot tub (lots of jets, really nice!), grilled on the small charcoal grill, sat by the fire. Our dog especially enjoyed herself, this was the first trip we had taken her on, so it was very nice to be able to do that. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks!!"
