"We were in town for the weekend. We prefer to bring our dog. This cute little home allow us to accomplish everything for a great price. We would definitely stay here again. Clean and comfortable."

"The house is very close to nearby Universities so it worked perfect for our weekend visiting our son who is a student at SHU. Also laundry was a big bonus so he could wash some clothes while visiting. "

"We first got there and the Hot Tub wasn't working but they were down and had fixed within 15 Minutes. Just needed. It was hot and clean. Great view of the river and nature preserve island. Lots of options for boating and bike riding. We had good time there and will be back."

"The house was as advertised! Older. Convenient location. Clean. Had a couple of minor issues… smelled of smoke upon arrival but once the air purifier was turned on, smell went away. One of the door frames were broke which hendered the bedroom door to stay closed. "

"This house exceeded all my expectations! The only complaint I have is the bed mattress was super hard, felt like I was sleeping on the floor. I would not use this property again ONLY because of the bed. Everything else was outstanding!"

"Communication was a bit weird between me and the owner. He was communicating from 2 different texts and never seemed to be sure of which property I rented. The beds were comfortable and the owner did accommodate an early check in. I noticed another comment about the house being dirty from another VRBO user after I booked.
