"Great stay, clean and comfortable! Within easy walking distance to the bars, but in a quiet neighborhood. Owner/property manager was very responsive when I needed help. Keep in mind if you're tall, it is a "tiny house": the kitchen ceiling is probably 6'4" or so."

"Stayed for one night to be able to quickly get the BGSU preview day. Location was perfect, neighborhood was very quiet. Home was very clean inside and out. The home is very small/cozy with updates in the kitchen and bathroom. We did have trouble getting the bedrooms to not to get to hot, halfway through the night we figure out how to keep the temp down. based on furnace set-up and uneven floors it was apparent the home had been added onto over the years. "

"We were attending a wedding by Grand Rapids and this house was a perfect place to stay. It was very close to the venue and Grand Rapids. The house was spacious, clean and very inviting for spending time with friends. "

"This was such a cute property and a gem of a find! Couldn’t believe our luck in finding a place close to our son’s apartment. It was perfect for coordinating our BGSU visit. Didn’t get a chance to use the kitchen (with so many great restaurants, I wasn’t about to cook!), but it appeared to have everything we’d need. The beds are super comfortable. "We traveled back to Ohio to spend time with family over the holidays and the Meeker House was perfect for us! There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out. The home was lovely and very well kept. We especially appreciated that it had been decorated for the holidays, making our stay feel more like home. The owner is very responsive! We would definitely stay here again! "

"This home had everything we needed to relax and recharge after a busy holiday season. Plenty of hot water, comfy beds, and a kitchen equipped with all the essentials. Our host was very gracious and helpful. Great visit!"

"This house exceeded all my expectations! The only complaint I have is the bed mattress was super hard, felt like I was sleeping on the floor. I would not use this property again ONLY because of the bed. Everything else was outstanding!"

"We rented this home for my daughter’s graduation weekend. The home was perfect. We had everything we needed. The basement “playroom” was used by our 1 year old granddaughter and our 20 year old kids. They loved the toys, games, WII, record player! So much fun! Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The home was very clean and nicely decorated for Christmas. Perfect place for our weekend stay. "

"We couldnt get in or get ahold of owner at check in time, so we couldnt cancel before check in time. Home is in a bad neighborhood. Kitchen cabinets full of junk and pans etc were nasty. Fridge was dirty and mildew in freezer. Bedroom1 pillows were brown and old. Bedroom 2 there was saw dust all over the bed and there was either mold, or bug feces onbox springs. Bedroom 3 had no sheets on the bedand stains all over pillows. There was no heat coming into any of the bedrooms. There was snow and...

"We were in Ohio to visit family and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This place was perfectly tucked away in a nice area, beautifully decorated and was a great choice for us. Only recommendation is to have better cleaning prior to stays. Some areas such as the fridge were not cleaned although most of the unit was clean. May be helpful to add more towels for multiple guests, and have hand soap in the bathroom. Other than those small things, awesome place!!"
