"We had an amazing time at the resort, but there were a few issues that stood out. When I mentioned that my food wasn’t cooked to my liking, multiple staff members rushed over, making the situation unnecessarily uncomfortable. "I can’t tell you the last time I stayed at a best western but I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Rooms were spacious , clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a lot of room . Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice and was heated. Great hotel at a good price."
