"The hotel itself was a very nice stay but there was only one restaurant around and some of the staff seemed incredibly mad that we didn't speak Japanese. We were prepared to use google translate as we did with every other hotel we stayed at during our trip but the second she saw we didn't speak Japanese, she pushed us off onto another employee. I think she thought we were going to assume that she spoke English because she wasn't Japanese and that's probably the reason why she didn't want to deal...

"The property was very easy to get to. Straight out the train station doors, across a small square and you are there. That also means it is very central to pop out for a meal or shopping. "

"This hotel has bed bugs. I woke up with bites all over my body the ones on my arm swelled up the entire upper portion and weaped fluid. I had to cut my stay short. When I spoke to the lady at reception she said she would talk to the president about my refund then told me I would receive a full refund. I have tried reaching out to the hotel about that refund but have gotten no reply. I would recommend staying anywhere else"

"Plenty of space in the cabin. Choice of amenities was excellent. Safety lock box in the cabin to keep your valuables secure. A bit annoying to go to the reception floor and then take the lift down to go outside. Air conditioning didn't really help when it got hot in the cabin."
