I wish they provided room service when I caught a cold and couldn’t join the rest of my family on their excursion. Unfortunately, for the prepaid buffet, my family was not allowed to bring food back up to the room for me (it would have been nice if that was possible). Was disappointed that my husband was sent back up to change his shoes because he wore the room slippers one morning. The staff in the breakfast buffet should be more consistent with this rule as other guest were seen wearing their slippers as well (only makes sense if you’re on a vacation but we understand rules are rules) - we stayed for 7 nights."
