"We stayed here in Nov 2024 for our first 3 nights in Tokyo. Hotel is in an excellent location next to Shinjuku station. The staff are friendly, helpful and English speaking. They sorted out luggage storage and delivery to Kyoto no problem. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. Bed was large and firm with space to walk round either side of the bed. We loved that there was a steamer and a range of charging points. The bathroom and toiletries supplied were great. We thought the nightly rate was high for the area but luckily we used hotel.com rewards! Would highly recommend staying here for convenience and comfort! "

"Great view of Tokyo tower. Room was spacious with large bathroom. Very clean and amenities were amazing. A little tired perhaps need new wall papers. A little hint of used to be a smoking room. Very nice reception staff. Wish gym was free to use. "

"This hotel offers excellent value. The rooms are smaller, but staying in Tokyo means sacrificing space. The rooms were well designed (e.g., suitcase storage under the bed, lots of nooks to store items) and clean. The hotel staff was really nice and helpful. We were able to store our luggage before and after check-in. Highly recommended. "
