"A very good place to stay for our family of 4 on a quiet and convenient street in the Shinjuku district of Tokyo. Convenient grocery stores and all the amenities we needed in the apartment. Good manual from host on how to locate the place and use it well.. Like most places in Tokyo, it is compact but it does the job of a clean and comfortable place to stay while seeing the city."

"This property was completely misrepresented, small, dirty, not recently remodeled, poorly furnished, wifi didn't work. I contacted the a representative and was told I could not cancel. We were scheduled to stay 4 days, but we left after 1. Was given owner's phone number which didn't work. Sent owner three emails and never got a response. I will be aggressively pursuing a refund. Go somewhere else!"
