"I was charged for a first class experience and when I came in room the shower was covered in hair mold dirt and there was blood on shower handle. I was really upsett as this was a room for the disabled and the water leaked all night. When leaving the door would not lock it was left wide open . It would NOT SHUT PERIOD. 210 FOR A DIRTY SHOWER AND A UNLOCKED DOOR. THIS WAS A MINUS ZERO EXPERIENCE. I HAD JUST LEFT THE PREVIOUS MONDAY FROM HERE AND IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIANCE., TO THIS. " Staff is very nice. I originally booked a room at another local hotel due to the low price, but cancelled after seeing low Google reviews. So glad I cancelled it and chose the Best Western Inn of Nacogdoches. Room was extremely clean and absolutely no bugs or roaches like I read about at some of the other local hotels around! Will definitely choose this place again!!"
