"Hotel is part of a different chain OYO flagship. So although I had a reservation made through Orbitz, the reservation wasn’t appearing on the hotel reservation under new flagship. No one from Orbitz told me this change. Hotel didn’t send anyone to pick me up at the Mumbai Airport although I have made reservation for Airport shuttle. "The stay was not good at all. We booked half board but hotel denied for the same . We booked 1 double bed but they given 2 single bed. Also Mr ashok attendant in the hotel was so rude. He said he will cancel the booking. We were helpless at 10 pm in the night that such bad hotel we booked. Terrible experience."

"Arriving in BOM required 1hr to pass immigration - that’s why shuttle is good to have. Shuttle at payment, OK, you need to get to the hotel. Shuttle confirmed - but no shuttle to pick up. Requested by email when where and how to recognise the shuttle, three times - never got a an answer, other than shuttle at payment - after third request to ensure a defined meeting point - the reply was “noted and confirmed”. Front desk manager handled situation well next day. In hotel dining is good."
