"Iris premier had initially captured our imagination and really met with all our expectations in terms of realizing money's worth. However last two visits(18, 2019)have been disappointing. Service, cleanliness, comfort standards have noticebly declined while tariff hit the roof. Service standards are absymal, though staff are very polite and cordial there's always annoying delay in execution. No hot water let alone warm water in the washroom, often smelly. Food very expensive, overall tarriff...

"My goodness it was really a horrible experience , next time i would never rely on Expedia just for the sake of your good commission , you take tourist for ride. I would suggest let your team first visit the hotel then you recommend others .. No Water in morning , No Wifi , No telephone connection even intercom is show piece , Electricity is generating on Generator which slows down every 5 minutes. Television is just for name shake, no cable connection . For all the above incident Hotel staff...

"Simple, hospitable, albeit a tad hard to find. Very welcoming and accomadating. Close to both T1 and T2 of BOM. Highly recommend for the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere! A/C runs good, water was not hot for me but who knows when is best for it, many could have showered before me, balcony to hang and close to transportation. WiFi works and plugs by bed mostly work. Breakfast!"
