"The small hotel is charming - I enjoyed the back garden area and the soft music, and the hot water in the lobby. It's a 3 minute walk to Cheongnyangni station, and from there you can get almost everywhere within 1/2 hour. My room was compact but had everything I needed and was Extra hangers were provided on request. I like the area, very walkable. There are cafes, bakeries and convenience stores every block, on both sides of the boulevard. And the staff were SO nice - friendly and helpful! Basic English was understood and spoken by a few, and for the few that didn't, a translation app worked fine. I'd definitely recommend!"

"Close to the train station. The room is quite big and clean. Nice bathroom with bath. Housekeeping was very good. Our room on 11th floor has nice views of the surroundings. There is a supermarket across the street and small eateries around rhe place. Front desk staff was excellent although inflexible on the check in time. Loved the laundry on the 2nd floor."

"I'm glad I stumbled on this hotel while looking for a place to stay in Seoul. I was looking for somewhere central enough but not too touristy. It's located in an area where there are a few universities so it's mostly the student crowds that are found here. Students mean student-friendly prices from food to clothes to shopping. There is also a stream nearby which you can follow either way which will lead you to Seoul's central district by foot. The hotel is divided into 2 buildings. I stayed at the older building which was still quite comfortable and cosy. Although the room looked a bit tired and could use a refresh, it was constantly kept clean and well stocked by the competent and hardworking housekeeping staff. One thing I really loved about this hotel was the quality and quantity of the free single use toiletries they provided. I ended up keeping the leftovers to take back with me! It was very cold in Seoul in my first 2 days but there was underfloor heating and the toilet was a Japanese one so even the seat was heated. The breakfast is nothing to write home about. Very spare and simple and the hotel is very honest about this. I only tried it once but if you're not fussy about breakfast then you should be ok. I was more interested in trying out the cheap places around the hotel. There are convenience stores all over the hotel and one just directly opposite. The owner Charlie and his staff or family (it felt like a family-run hotel) were very friendly and helpful."

"Hotel is in a good location .Try using Dapsimni train station instead of Sindap both are close by.Room was fairly clean they just need to also mop under the beds. Barhroom had a bit of Mold but you can clearly see they are treating it. Breakfast consisted of bread and Jam butter would havebeen welcomed as well."
