"This property is beautiful and had plenty of room for our party of 13. I love that the hosts decorated the home for Easter and had toys and supplies for young children. The kids enjoyed the game room and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. They also loved watching the cows and horses in the pasture behind the house. "

"Our family gathered at Colliver House for a weekend At Keeneland. Our plans were rained out but we still had a wonderful time. The house is comfortable with plenty of room for all. The farm is such a beautiful place. We enjoyed visiting the horses. The home is well stocked and the welcoming cookies were an extra special treat. Julia is an excellent host and offered ideas for rainy day excursions. Our whole family rank this as our favorite vacation rental. We all got much needed rest and...

"Had a family reunion scheduled elsewhere and they canceled the night before with no explanation. There were 10 in our party but we were celebrating Thanksgiving with my son and his family who live in Lexington. The house was a blessing for us to find!"

"This was a very large farmhouse, that accommodated our group very well. Lots of beds, and large kitchen area made cooking and dining very easy for a large group! Plus, we were so far out in the country, the kids could make all the noise they wanted! Mark, our host, was on sight to check us in and explained where everything was located. Plus, he provided a list in the kitchen area, of local emergency contact phone numbers, that was very helpful. Having two kitchens / refrigerators was nice, for a...
