Every staff member I interacted with was kind and professional, especially the valet team who were incredibly courteous and helpful. Definitely one of my favorite spots to stay in Vancouver!"

"We arrived late and needed to fly out early so the shuttle didn’t serve us as it was 8am-10pm we couldn’t use either. The beds very comfortable and good option of pillows. I would have rated higher except there was loud noises above us which lasted till 1:30 am clonking, moving furniture and yelling I don’t know what all that was but we only had 5 hours to sleep so it was disappointing "
