"The property and room was fantastic. We arrived after 8pm as we were making our trek from Christchurch. It wasn’t made clear that no one would be at reception after 7pm. Luckily one person in our family had data to phone international roaming calls. It took about 5-6 tries before we made a connection. After that, we followed the instructions for the lock box. The minimal amount of property support should be made clear at time of purchase."

AND rooms are really full-service apartments... include kitchen, living room, bathroom/laundry, separate bedroom... and you park & unload/load from your car parked in a space right outside your door. Extremely convenient."
