"Our stay began with a marvelous doorman greeting us - his name started with a J- possibly Jameel. The hotel lobby and bar area were beautifully appointed and checkin was a breeze. Our suite was lovely although bathroom lighting is lacking. Drinks at the downstairs bar were very good and overall the staff were very friendly. We’ve stayed here before and will be back. "

"I stayed 5 nights for a conference. Great location and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The only downsides were that my room was right by an elevator, and I could hear people out in the hall and in the room next door. Also, there are a lot of homeless people right outside, but I could avoid by using the skywalks to cross the street. The bar is convenient but expensive - my glass of “red wine” was $26 (before tip) and was served in a dirty glass. "

"This was my first time visiting Philly and it was wonderful. It’s a short walk to Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell museum, and Reading Terminal Market. The staff, particularly Ty and Maurice, were top notch! Highly recommend staying here! "

"Proximity to attractions and events was a pro. Able to walk to museums, Chinatown, and parks. Hotel room was clean and neighboring rooms were quiet. The complimentary breakfast was very good--love a good waffle machine. However, the traffic and pedestrians were a little loud at night. Homeless loitered half a block away. You have to pay for parking but at least there are plenty of parking lots to choose from, just don't pay a person, use an app or the kiosk. The lots rarely have attendants and...
