If you 100% need Wi-Fi, so not stay here. Communication was terrible. On the surface it seems great, but they obviously use chat bots and talking to real person and someone local happens out of sheer luck. Coffee supplies would be nice for arrival. No Wi-Fi means no TV. If you just want a place to crash and that's it, this...

"This home provided my family with a great summer getaway! The neighborhood is lovely and very friendly. There are nearby hiking trails and beautiful views. It's a short drive to the lake and to the restaurants in Incline Village. The house is very clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay again!"

Chalet was exceptionally clean and well stocked with thoughtful amenities. Host was immediately available to resolve an issue when the area power was shut down and we called her cell phone.
