I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. "Our stay was perfect! Our kids (8,6 and 4) had a blast with all the animals - Guinea pigs, bunnies, new kittens. Anita was a fantastic hostess. She always had suggestions for us of things to do in the area. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. It was such a relaxing and lovely place. A fantastic swing on the top of the hillside, a pool overlooking the valley. They even built a fire for us one night. The history of the house is amazing.
