"Lovely building and apartment with easy access to bus and ferry. On the fifth floor and without an elevator. Apartment was clean and slept four. Building has washer/dryer in the basement - requires quarters and no change machine on site. Window units in bedrooms, but not in living room."

"My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. This is such a cute and cozy place! Just like the pictures. In a beautiful neighborhood that is close to everything. We always felt safe, even walking around at night. So many restaurants within walking distance and very easy access to NYC. AJ was definitely awesome to work with. We would highly recommend this place. We will absolutely book again when we go back this year!"

Steve had many amenities in the place… Kureg coffee… snacks… Bathrooms were very nice and small deck was quite tranquil… saw several deer and even a family of black bear as we drove up through the resort drive.
