"Gosh, this place was so much nicer than I was expecting. The front desk guys were so helpful to me and my mom who was in a wheel chair. We never waited for them to help use the lift. The floors in our room were incredibly clean. The kitchenette was well appointed. The elevators were fast. We hardly ever waited. The location was amazing. Right next to Rock Center and Times Square. Somehow the neighborhood was decently quiet. I can’t wait to come back to NYC to stay here again. "

"We definitely recommend and would stay again. I was there for the NYC 2024 marathon and would highly recommend for the reason cost and the closeness to subway and Ferry Station. A few things to also consider, the mini kitchen is helpful to stock leftover and morning of race breakfast. 2 doors down is a CVS for your water/Milk/snack and last minute items. keep in mind you are in NYC so the loud noises, honking, people are just part of the experience. "I liked how there was 24 hours front desk.great location too with excellent transport links if needed.Two minute walk to Maddison Square Garden and Empire State Building.We are a family of Five and found it spacious enough because we were hardly there and it was ideal for us.We loved every minute of our stay and there were no negatives,we’ll definitely stay there again if we visit New York in future."
