"A comfortable but very compact room. Modern bathroom. Large balcony with fabulous view. WiFi and aircon worked well. Staff were available and helpful. Parking is available. A minor problem with an ant infestation in the room and considerable noise from barking dogs and traffic at night. "

"Where do we begin! Michelle is an incredible host and not mention... a visionary. The authenticity of the space transports you to a time when things were much more simple. We cannot recommend this place enough. The team at pink plantation was very accomodating even setting us up with a reservation for an exquisite dinner in town for our late arrival. If you are looking to experience the real St. Lucia, this is the place!"

"The resort had everything we needed and more. The staff is fun, friendly, kind and very attentive to any needs. The food was amazing and many choices for every meal and snacks. We had a group of six friends we all had a great time. "

"Ms. Cheryl Gustave (General Manager) and her staff were most accommodating to me and my family while we were visiting the island in February (2025). We had a very memorable 3-generational trip (mother, daughter & grandmother) and our stay here was no exception. Now, we plan to return to the property every time we visit St. Lucia and will certainly recommend it to others. I can't say enough about the service, food, drinks, shuttle to the other (3) Bay Gardens properties, which we had access to, and the serene atmosphere at Bay Gardens Hotel. The bartenders were great and the Rum Punch was even better! The hotel was recommended to us by family members and it did not disappoint. The pictures online accurately depicted the grounds. Well worth the money. I wish I had been a bit more adventurous and taken part in the Karaoke Night activities...maybe next time."
