"Service was excellent, rooms and facilities were kept clean. Didn't need to wait to use the facilities. Basic and small but excellent location and friendly helpful staff! First room was noisy as it was on the main road but the window didn't seem to close properly or offer sufficient sound proofing. "

"チェックイン時、部屋の清掃が十分ではなかったように感じます。ベッド下、部屋の隅のホコリ、ダイニングテーブル下やキッチン床には食べこぼしがかなり落ちていました。前の方の使用後、あまり掃除がなされていないように見えました。一軒家で床面積が広いので掃除に時間がかかるのは理解できますが、もう少し清掃が行き届いていると快適に過ごせると思いました。また、スタッフの方へのメールでの連絡へは迅速な返事が得られ、安心感がありました。"

"Only hiccup was on checking in, but once management figured out their mistake and found our reservation all was put right. The room is small but well appointed and a very good deal for the price."
