Book at your own risk!
Unless you want to take the risk of being in Montreal without a place to stay, don't book with these guys!!!! I came to Montreal for a large conference to present my research. I called the number provided 4 days in advance to confirm my reservation. The guys I spoke with were un-professional to say the least but given the cancelation policy, I decided to stick with this place and hope they are at least better in person. I arrive with my husband and daughter, text the guy as i was told and i receive a text from a different guy saying I had canceled my reservation through Expedia (mind you my place was booked on Hotels.com). He proceeds to send me a picture of a cancelation with my name on it and I later on realized that the reservation number in the picture wasn't even correct so it was obviously a doctored photo. He tells me the only option to get a hotel room since the room i had requested was booked. Obviously these guys overbook by posting on so many different websites and then tell people when they arrive to a new city that they don't have a room. Book with them at your own risk.

The condo is in a fantastic location but we had a very bad experience staying there. The condo staff was super difficult to get ahold of. He didn't answer phone calls or emails. He didn't give us the building access code. We had to ring them every time we tried to get in but no one ever picked up the phone. The room was half cleaned when we checked in. Trash bag was left inside the room. Used pillowcases and bedsheet were left inside the closet. The sofa bed is just a sofa and cannot be turned into a bed. Only two bath towels were provided and they are smelly. Extremely bad experience!! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone...

We did not get the condo we booked! The ac was not working they told us... They offered us another place instead, the bathroom was dirty and we found hair on the bed sheet... Very disappointed with our stay...

Be VERY CAREFUL about booking this property. There is no "front desk" so you call a telephone number to "make arrangements" to pick up keys to your room and end up speaking to a person who is very difficult to understand in English. He ended up canceling our reservation because, he said, i was using a stolen credit card.

They changed our property location because there was no AC in the original building. Instead of being in old Town, literally a 4 minute walk to A the Basilica Notre Dame they sent us downtown directly beside the Bell Centre. This meant a 25 minute walk one way every day to where we wanted to spend our days. It was all run by a company not the property owners. The new property was not clean: dirty dishes in the cupboards, mediocre clean bathroom and a condom wrapper behind the couch, GROSS!

Yesterday we helped our son move to go to McGill. We were an hour outside Montreal when I finally got ahold of this property (I had tried and left messages for 3 days prior), and was informed that my reservation was cancelled. They were now full and could only offer me the same room at a 35% increase. I was driving so couldn’t make that decision on the fly and felt it was unfair. When I arrived in Montreal, neither Expedia or I had info about this cancellation - it was a reservation cancelled by the hotel but they couldn’t articulate why. Now it was 6pm on a Sat in Aug in Montreal and most affordable places in the downtown were full. We ended up leaving Montreal and hoped to get a hotel on our 4.5 hour drive home. However in the major centres all were full and so we drove back home.

No one gave us the room number. The voice mail box was full when I called for it. Owner never returned my calls. Expedia was unable to contact them. No keys or representative were on site. After 4 hours of frantically trying to check in we had to book another hotel, which was very difficult at the last minute during tourist season. Worst hotel experience ever! These Condos are owned by individuals/corporations and Expedia has no control over the rental process. Expedia should not lease this property, there is no quality control. Several other guests were milling around. Some of their problems were:no keys, the condo was filthy, it had been rented to 2 different people for the same date....terrible mess

Really complicated to discuss with the responsable. The place was really dirty. Old food in the freezer. Dirty toilet. Bathtub never been washed. No cable or Wifi. I will never go back there again.
