They visited the room themselves to determine the room temperature was not acceptable and immediately booked us into a ‘sister’ Hotel. We were booked into Hotel Place Darmes. Upgraded to a suite. "Le Petit Hotel is a gem in old Montreal. Comfortable beds, safe in the room and large bathroom with plenty of counter space are some of the room features. The water pressure was excellent in the shower which is always welcomed after a day of touring the city. The staff are helpful and pleasant. Breakfast and an assortment of coffee choices are a nice touch. The city is at the door step for you to enjoy. It was a 5 star experience for us. We will definitely go back. "

"Everything was wonderful. My only issue is that the lobby bar closed at 10:45 . We came in on a Saturday night at 10:54 and wanted a glass of wine. This was not possible. We felt they could have got us the glass and left a handwritten charge to our room . This would indicate a customer focus vs a facility rules focus. "
