"2nd time guest at Place D'Armes-very over hotel with an old vintage look. Room was average, when I mentioned to front desk at check in that my washroom wasn't cleaned throughly they did send someone to clean it while I was away . Staff were friendly. Also upon checkout I was told that there was possibly a room charge for dining in the hotel. I never dined in the hotel as I was attending a work conference. It was immediately corrected luckily, however still puzzled as to how an error like that...
