Staff was great and responsive to any of our requests. Such a convenient, cute, and walkable area with much to see. The hotel seems somewhat dated and could use a bit of sprucing up, but was a very comfortable stay with spacious hotel room. Had a wonderful appetizer/drink at Mama C. Very beautiful restaurant. Highly recommend Hotel Nelligan.
