"Nothing negative to say really. Booked this house for 20 guests and it fit us all comfortably. Everything was clean and loved the way this house was layed out. Lots of room and many things to do even inside the house. Huge backyard. Host was very kind. Not many things like paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags for 4 days with 20 guests as well as no washer and dryer as it’s listed."

"very old , small, unfinished house . with 26 people as listed you would not have space to walk in the house . Unfortunately due to weather we couldn’t even stand out in backyard , so was pretty congested living for us. This house is more for campers, bachelor groups rather than family . Negatives- 1. No seatings in the house - all together you will have 1 small Futon sofa to seat in the house . Rest need to bring plastic chairs from basement. 2. Unfinished flooring - Flooring in both properties is unfinished and at some places had sharp wood cuts which hurt many from our group. Poor lights - none of bedroom had ceiling lights , only need to rely on basic standing deemed floor lights . Parking is converted into game or utility room thus you would have to park the cars outside the Garage. But no complaints in that as we got sufficient space to accommodate all cars . . Positive1. Decent gaming room with pool , table tennis 2.multiple bunk beds to allow sleeps more people3. Property owner coordinated well and responded on time . "

"Inexpensive, Clean, amazing staff, huge room, convenient location to dining, most comfortable bed and pillows and parking. You can't go wrong, because I still can't believe I paid next to nothing just to lay my head after DJing a New Years Eve event in the area. I was well pleased and will certainly be back when I have to DJ in that area again, because most of my events in that area mostly ends between midnight - 2 AM in the morning and I hate traveling back to the NYC that late and far. "

"My boyfriend and I stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend. It was quiet and peaceful, and the house was spacious and well appointed. Would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of all the lake has to offer! "
