"Everything was exceptional! Clean, friendly staff, beautiful amenities. If I'll have to complain about something ...it would have to be dining options. I would probably give more staff at the dining restaurant downstairs. It was over a half hour wait to eat at the restaurant downstairs and then one server to bring food. The buffet was unappetizing. On our last night we couldn't get food because of wait times at the restaurant."

"We were blown away. It was our first time staying there and we had no idea how beautiful the hotel would be. We booked for the Alder but we hit placed in the tower of the world resorts casino. This was such. Pleasant surprise bc no we were right there with the restaurants, bars, casino, spa, pool etc. Every staff member was lovely, helpful and really seemed like they are happy to be working at the resort. The room was massive and spotless. Every inch of the place was clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the pool hot tub was great. Casino was clean and brand new, restaurants were delish (steakhouse not the best for the price we expected better) overall we are excited to stay there again "

"Nothing negative to say really. Booked this house for 20 guests and it fit us all comfortably. Everything was clean and loved the way this house was layed out. Lots of room and many things to do even inside the house. Huge backyard. Host was very kind. Not many things like paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags for 4 days with 20 guests as well as no washer and dryer as it’s listed."

"Inexpensive, Clean, amazing staff, huge room, convenient location to dining, most comfortable bed and pillows and parking. You can't go wrong, because I still can't believe I paid next to nothing just to lay my head after DJing a New Years Eve event in the area. I was well pleased and will certainly be back when I have to DJ in that area again, because most of my events in that area mostly ends between midnight - 2 AM in the morning and I hate traveling back to the NYC that late and far. "

"We had a large group and this place could not have been more perfect, we had a blast. It is enormous there were 15 bedrooms total, including some bunk rooms and plenty of room for everyone. The pool is amazing and warm, the pool room is enormous. The sauna and hot tub were fantastic. We will hopefully return sooner than later, it was a great winter stay and I'm sure it's amazing in the summer too. "

"My boyfriend and I stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend. It was quiet and peaceful, and the house was spacious and well appointed. Would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of all the lake has to offer! "

"We have been coming here for years. #1 Reason is because Michael treats us like VIP'S, ALWAYS !!!! Is the reason we send so many friends and family there. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi, Unbelievable SUITES , View of the mountains, the lake and the trees are amazing. You see this view from everywhere. Yoga classes. Amazing activity room downstairs with pool tables, ping pong tables, lounges and more. GREAT GYM !"
