"This was not a new condo. It was very noisy outside Bodega music everynight along with who can rev up their motor scooter the loudest contest The one positive is the supaermarcado was a short distance to walk."

"I would never use this facility or luxury hotel ever and I would not recommend him. This day was awful. I think they even lost my reservation. I had to pay out of my pocket to get another room and still have to get a refund"

If you like being close to shopping, a good pool area with also an ocean view from your balcony this is the best deal I've seen in about a dozen trips to The Republic. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and Domenico and his wife are always very responsive to any questions or problems. "Great location close to the bars and good restaurants. The beach is a few minutes walking distance and they have a nice pool on the second floor. The design of the apartment is really nice. It’s has one very spacious bedroom with a bathroom and a good sized balcony. The living room is also large with a pullout couch which I did not use. It also has Netflix and YouTube on both TVs. It has a 1/2 bathroom with toilet, sink, and stackable washer and dryer which worked awesomely. Refrigerator is new...

"On a eu un très bon séjour. L'emplacement est très bon a côté de pleins de restaurants, la plage juste a coté ( juste une petite rue a traversé, un stationnement et on y est). Les propriétaires sont toujours là pour nous aider. Vraiment très agréable. Si vous venez en voiture de Punta Cana vous allez avoir 3 péages de 100, 60, et 100 pesos chacun. Ils ne prennent pas la carte, mais us dollar où pesos. Je recommande fortement."
