"Beautifully located with fantastic beach and view of the mountains. Easy walk into the ocean. Unfortunately, communication with the staff is very limited (no English) and there is always a wait time to get your drinks. Staff is notoriously late serving up the food. Room service is not good , barely warm food and over hour and a half wait time. Private pools by bungalows are cold. Very nice semi private bar and seating area between bungalows. An OK resort experience, but far cry from Secrets...

"The beach is awesome. Unfortunately, the price one pays is not reflected in the state of the rooms. Too many ruined down details and basic things missing that frankly makes you mad since they are really simple to repair. The staff is amazing but entangled trying to keep up with all the clients demands resulting from the lack of maintenance. It is a shame. This place used to be tops. Not anymore, and certainly not the “delux paradise “ they sell. Even the pool is missing tiles …"

"Loved everything about this place. staff is always available 24/7. Rooms and bathroom so clean, just the way I like it. The pool was not to cold y was warm and comfy. It’s not extremely deep but it’s not low either. My kids and family enjoyed it so much. Thank you so much. See you guys soon."
