"The property was beautiful and overall we enjoyed our stay! The pool and the available excursions made it very enjoyable. Our only criticism is that we we’re originally told the restaurant would be open the first night we were there and it wasn’t. Instead we got a “pizza party” this was fine except the cost was not presented to us prior. The pool was also closed early due to a wedding. Unfortunately it was raining all day so we couldn't walk the gardens or the pool but they looked amazing. "Podere Castallare is in a beautiful location. Unfortunately we did not have a relaxing stay. Music was played at full volume directly into our bedroom from the bar from around 4pm - 11pm every day. It was so loud we could not spend time in our room. The air conditioner was broken and not fixed. We were treated rudley at dinner by the manager, which added to the tension in the atmosphere."
