"Overall, this is the best hotel we stayed in Italy. Their breakfast was best part of the stay, the staffs were nice and helpful. The rooms were clean, but the furnitures were kind of old. The only part that should avoid was don’t choose the room face to the plaza. There is a bar which has extremely loud live music till 1am, if you would like to sleep early, that would be a nightmare. "Great little spot outside the busy downtown area of Florence. Very spacious room with temperature controls and a nice walk in shower and what appeared to be a recently renovated bathroom. There was a strong smell of fresh paint when we arrived and a ladder in the room but no big deal. Opened the window to air it out and the rest of the stay was a blast. "

"It was pleasant surprise as I arrived at this property as it was same day booking when my long standing arrangement with another hotel was cancelled. I was greeted by friendly smiles from Isabella that makes us feel welcome. Good services from Franklin and the next day Giulia the concierge has been nothing but outstanding. They were available to my every beck and call. I would def stay at this place again. The outskirts of Florence is beautiful. A great place to soar in the country atmosphere "
