"Motel had no water for several days (busted pipe). Some of the front desk staff were a bit impatient and had a bit of an attitude. System locked me out of my room a day before checkout. Got the issue resolved immediately. Wifi dropped out for a few hrs."

"Nice place. We will definitely be back. So close to the San Jacinto mall. Our favorite restaurants like Texas Roadhouse. What a burger. Dennys. Starbucks. Marshall’s. Everything within a few blocks. Nice clean rooms. Love the shower separate from the toilet area. Love the comforter. Pillows. Wish hotels would use Keurig because I always pack my favorite coffee pods but can never use them. "

"It’s only one person they have that works at night when you try to explain something to him he doesn’t understand but other than that the staff is great. This is one of my favorite hotels. I come to when I’m in Baytown."
