"We enjoyed our stay in this unique first floor unit. Kim and company were fine and friendly hosts. The unit was well stocked with nice supplies, and we could tell that thought was put into the furnishing and renovations. There was also an interesting collection of solid old furniture that added to the character of the place. I don't know what sort of sheets they put on the bed, but they were *so* comfortable! One downside was the lack of sound-proofing. Noise definitely carried from people...

"We enjoyed our stay in this cozy historic cottage. My husband and I will stay here again!Very clean .Safe neighborhood. Walked to downtown Frederick. Great coffee/ restaurant right around the corner. It was close to the street but I had no problem sleeping. Bed was very comfortable Great parking behind the home. Host was very helpful and accomodating. "

"This adorable unit right on the Monocacy River was just what my heart and soul needed!! The host Joe was absolutely the best and made sure I even had a place when I needed to stay longer since this cutie was already rented! You will not be disappointed if you are looking for a secluded place but also a minutes drive to dining and shopping! Downtown is super close without the hustle of city living. "Mark and Traci were awesome, and so was their property! I have zero complaints. From cleanliness to communication to location, I had everything I needed. I stayed for a work trip, but felt like I was treating myself! Best perks were the views, the sauna, and the many wineries and breweries close by. "

"Have never stayed at a property with such nice accessories. Kitchen was well-supplied w/ just about everything, incl tea, coffee & even zip lock bags. Portable heater was great. Beds were very comfortable & towels were especially nice. Wifi connectivity was excellent which allowed me to work remotely. They even supplied night lights & flashlights."

"We were in MD to finish a closing on our new house but needed some time to go for a walk through, review papers & finalize documents beforehand. It is a great location for restaurants, shopping, movies, etc. The owner was very easy to communicate with via VRBO email. I will say if you have a lot of luggage or heavy luggage, the steps to the 3rd floor could be a bit daunting. We are in our 60's & 70's. It was very clean and it was great to have a washer and dryer for our 8 day stay."

"Very clean and homey. We spent the evening enjoying downtown Frederick - this is a lovely location close to downtown attractions. Safe off-street parking, comfy lodging with multiple conveniences such as washer/dryer, cozy sitting room and designated rear entrance. We will definitely stay again!"
