"We enjoyed our stay in this cozy historic cottage. My husband and I will stay here again!Very clean .Safe neighborhood. Walked to downtown Frederick. Great coffee/ restaurant right around the corner. It was close to the street but I had no problem sleeping. Bed was very comfortable Great parking behind the home. "We enjoyed our stay in this unique first floor unit. Kim and company were fine and friendly hosts. The unit was well stocked with nice supplies, and we could tell that thought was put into the furnishing and renovations. There was also an interesting collection of solid old furniture that added to the character of the place. I don't know what sort of sheets they put on the bed, but they were *so* comfortable! One downside was the lack of sound-proofing. Noise definitely carried from people...

The host Joe was absolutely the best and made sure I even had a place when I needed to stay longer since this cutie was already rented! "This was perfect for just me as I was only in town for the night. The location is cool. The basement was mostly clean. The bathroom shower could have been cleaned more. Also, I saw the towels but not wash clothes. The only major feedback would be to put the bed in a spot where the Wi-Fi will work. The muck where the bed is now is a dead zone for Wi-Fi. Other than that, this was quite nice. "
