"The young man at the front desk was very helpful being it was our first trip to Bethesda/DC area. The room was beautiful and very clean. The free breakfast was one of the best we have had in a hotel. The only thing that fell short was the free cocktail hour. I understand that with the alcohol you could not offer top shelf liquor for free, but maybe have more of a beer selection instead of just one regular and one light beer. Also, the snacks could have been a little more than a bowl of chips, a bowl of peanuts and what I'm assuming was fruit left over from the breakfast buffet and I believe yogurt. We did like the convenience of being so close to the Metro which made our travels throughout the city so much easier. "

"Overall, for the value a very good choice rooms are very spacious quiet, and has all the amenities that you would expect during my say the only downfall was the elevator was not working properly, which required a lot of stair use to go between floors. The only other complaint that I have is there’s one ice machine on the six floor And when you don’t have a proper elevator service being on the second floor was inconvenient, but for the most part, I would stay at this hotel again, despite the two issues that I had. I also would recommend this hotel to others for the value. The staff was very friendly as well."
