Great location, typical accommodation.
Quite a basic/rustic place. Location is perfect and it’s in its own courtyard so relatively quiet (other than hotel workers meeting and chatting fairly early in the morning!). It’s not luxurious but it has all you could need. Would have been nice to have had a small table on balcony.

Wonderful stay in Monopoli
Excellent property, very clean and comfortable, close to excellent restaurants, bars and cafes. Attentive staff, always ready to take us to our car (off property) or pick us up at a moments notice. Awesome breakfast at Cafe nel Chiasso, served a la carte by friendly servers. All in all, it was a wonderful stay!

Great night in Monopoli
We really liked our visit in Monopoli as part of a larger trip driving through Puglia. The communication could have been a little better since we followed the instructions that were texted to us exactly, but with no response in 25 minutes, we weren't sure if a shuttle was coming. Otherwise, the room was fantastic and the location was perfect. They also organized an ape ride to bring us back to our parked car and that was really fun!

Anniversary in Monopoli
Hotel picked us up from the train station. Quick check in. And then took us to our room which had just been recently renovated Our room had a beautiful view from the balcony overlooking Garibaldi Square. They surprised us with a note wishing us Happy Anniversary and a bottle of champagne. Made our stay extra special. Breakfast daily at cafe near office offered a good variety. Lots of shops and restaurants close by.

From the moment we placed our reservation I knew we were going to have a great experience in Monopoli. Silvia and Sabrina at reception were always very smiley and willing to help woth anything. Our room was amazing with our own little jacuzzi set in a little cave inside our room. We had strawberries and Prosecco everyday as part of our reservation which made the while experience even more special. The decor, amenities and location were all so special as well. We loved our stay so much we didn’t want to leave! Walking every morning to breakfast in the little streets of Monopoli and having some delicious local products was also so good. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy Monopoli like the locals but also in style ;)

The lady at reception was amazingly helpful as the room we booked with hotels.com was already booked. She found us alternative other local accommodation that was amazing and even drove us there. Outstanding service!

Great spot, wonderful service.
The service was fantastic! The apartment was in an excellent location - I had a peek-a-boo view of the Adriatic, and really enjoyed the tuk tuk ride through the old town. Beware the 'suicide stairs' to the bathroom in the Apartment Zefirro....I would not recommend this particular apartment to anyone with joint/mobility problems, or of larger stature. My husband is 6' and he would have been quite uncomfortable here but I was fine. That said the bathroom is almost as big as the entire upper level and the shower was wonderful. I was able to swim and walk back in my swimsuit - a mere 30 metres. Bliss.

You need to know that the reception is location is not where you will be staying. you could be anywhere in the local area. The bed we stayed in was horrendous, just broken, soft foam which they were unable to fix without moving us. We had to line the bed with sheets and cushions just for support the place was clean though and a good location for the beach but 7/8 minutes from the centre where we thought we were staying. the area of Monopoli was stunning though and would highly recommend it

Greeted at the door, our host Johnno, assisted with parking and our bags, our Italian isn't great so he explained everything clearly. The suites are enormous and at amplified by the soring gothic ceilings . The rooms are very comfortable and spotless. If you go into th TV menu, you can find the English conversion option which is very welcoming. This is a well deserved 5 star experience

Adorable apartment close to old town center
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! There were issues with the trains and my arrival was MUCH later than expected but they were in quick communication with me and came and picked me up from the Monopoli train station at the new later time even though later in the evening. The apartment offered everything someone would require to make their stay comfortable.

Lovely apartment, very centrally located in the old town. Despite being central, it was very quiet. The staff were all very helpful and the free transfer to the station was much appreciated.
