"We loved this house and felt very at home here. It is old fashioned and homely with interesting pictures and sculptures and some unusual antiques. Everything functioned well and the beds were comfortable. The roof terrace was lovely. Marco, the host, is delightful and very helpful."

"Propreté a revoir , il y avait plein de poussières partout + serviette hygienique sous le lit ! La douche pleine de crasse orange . Des tas de poubelle pleines dehors . Et puis une terrasse vraiment sale et des cafards qui viennent le soir ! Le propriétaire n'a pas voulu etre reconnaissant en nous fesant un geste , juste envoyer son neveu faire a moitié le nettoyage !"

"We stayed on the second floor of this lovely apartment in the old section of Monopoli. It was spacious, bright and clean. We had everything we needed and also the added bonus of a washer by the shared terrace. Host was easy to reach through WhatsApp. There are a lot of steps to climb but it was worth it to get to the lovely place. We’d definitely stay again. Thank you Lucia 😍"

"Beautiful property that is an excellent location in the old town of Monopoli. Close to bars and restaurants but not so close its noisy. Big shared rook terrace but the steps up to are very steep. Great people watching from the small balcony off the living room. Loved our stay."

"This property is very well located, adjacent to the old town, 5 mins walk to Numeri Primi and Saleka supermarkets and Farmacia Station just 10 mins walk The owners are very nice people and quick to reply to any questions Rocky even drove me to a Farmacia which he found open on a Sunday when I needed bandages for a deep glass cut Wi fi and Aircon worked well and secure door locks Monopoli is a great base from where to visit Alberoberro, Ostuni, Lecce and Polignano a Mare Well recommened"
