"The property is beautiful and so well kept. The rooms are very well designed and quite comfortable. Breakfast is great, and we easily arranged for transportation for our three couples each of our two evenings for dinner near Monopoli. The owner, Vito, is a warm, charming man, and very thoughtful. Couple things that I don't like: They ask for €20 per day to park, when we ask about free parking they act as if they don't know about any, but locals tell us the road directly next to the hotel is free parking. I refuse to believe the hotel don't know that and feels like they play dumb in order to get you to pay their €20 per day fee. Parked on the road for 4 nights, didn't get any tickets. "This property was beautiful and had the most stunning views from the terrace. It was also a lot more spacious than it looks in pictures. It was very clean and was within close proximity to grocery stores, conveniences stores, and beaches. Guiseppe was the most accommodating host I’ve ever had. Whenever we needed anything he would immediately get it for us and he gave us great suggestions for what to do in Monopoli. If you wanna stay in Monopoli definitely stay here, it’s the best property ever!"

"Balcony overlooking sea. rooftop deck and pool. You cannot drive near this area although they did have someone to pick us up with luggage but we had a rental car and secured parking which was a 15 minute walk away from B&B. The B&B did help getting that for us. The beach here is very small but for exploring other areas the location was central. Beautiful"
