"Loved the room we booked, but there was no heat or hot water when we returned from dinner so we had to change rooms. They upgraded us and even though the room was way bigger the other was just more comfortable. Breakfast was very good. "We enjoyed our stay here. It is like a smaller version of the Borgo Egnazia in Fasano! The restaurant is good, but DO NOT order room service…it’s better to schedule your meals for better value and quality. The spa, kids club, pools, cabanas and work out facilities were wonderful as well. The staff was most delightful. I highly recommend!"

"Staff were pleasant and room was lovely. Not all features advertised were available- there was no swim up bar, no pool service without going into the bar- where you are not supposed to go in swimwear, the restaurant was closed in the evening and the cafe closed at 5.30 so the only fiod option after 5.30 was to wait 2 hours and pay 35 euro per person for a buffet dinner, or go out of the hotel which required a shuttle or taxi. Also i felt that charging 10 euro per person per day for shuttle use...
