"As a 2-day stay for work reasons this was a very pleasant hotel. I didn’t use the facilities to keep costs down but a work colleague had used them the week before and had said she was pleasantly surprised. Room was spacious and clean. Well stocked tea/coffee tray in room. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. One niggle was the water pressure in the shower which was very low. Overall, I’d definitely use this hotel again. "

"Clean property but outdated especially the bathroom. Very comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Restaurant for dinner not available on a Sunday night which is a shame. "

"Absolutely tip top overnight stay. Lovely room, fab bathroom, comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. We had the added bonus of a conservatory with access to the garden. We had an enjoyable evening meal and delicious cooked breakfast. The dining room/bar has a lovely terrace with stunning views. Staff were all courteous and friendly. There is also a very well maintained and challenging18 hole golf course. Would definitely return."
