"My partner and I stayed here for his birthday, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of Prosecco and a thoughtful birthday message waiting in our room. The room itself was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with a beautifully designed bathroom. Breakfast was included in our stay and was delicious, though unfortunately, the food and coffee weren’t as hot as we’d have liked. That said, our overall experience was fantastic, and we would definitely return!"

"Very comfortable room - had a decent night's sleep. I had concerns about being able to park but a call to the hotel before I departed assured me there were plenty of spaces. The new TV screen greeting with the info screens explaining the hotel services when you arrive in your room is a nice touch."

"When we arrived at the hotel, we were initially advised that the rooms we had booked were not available which was rather alarming but we spoke with Murat, the guest relations manager and he was brilliant! He explained that our rooms were still being cleaned but would be available shortly. We had a drink at the bar and then Murat showed us to our rooms and offered us complementary parking as an apology for the miscommunication. The rooms were absolutely lovely and had enormous beds! Breakfast in the morning was delicious with so much choice."
