"We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. Kids were enjoying the swimming pool. The room was clean and big enough for 4 of us. The food was good. Everyday something new and different. We did enjoy our holiday 😊"

"All inclusive: We loved the garden patio outside our room. Location good. Just cross road to lift down and then 10 mins walk to beach via fun park, shops, mini golf and waterpark. Hotel is fine. Rooms are large and clean. View to opposite mountain is just grey stone featuring an abandoned half built derelict complex. But you get used to it. No sun much before 11.30 at hotel but plenty if you go down to beach or water park. Food is fine with enough choices for the week. Can recommend the sangria and Prosecco but not the white wine which is awful. Pool is nice with plenty of sun beds and pool bar serving free drinks and snacks. Can use gym in sister hotel opposite for free, which we did. Very relaxing week in glorious sunshine and pleasant resort "

"From the moment I entered, I wish I had booked my whole holiday here. I wasn’t happy with my current accommodation so I booked my day here. I paid all inclusive for 5 hours before my flight. I enjoyed the room, pool bar and food. It was 100 worth it and would have been a similar price to a day at a beach club. I’m going to book this hotel for me and my family in a few weeks "

"Hotel is a bit dated in places also only 1 lift working while we stayed at the hotel also stairs to climb with luggage to get to rooms as no walkways along each floor"

"No kids area or pool. Pool is too small. No activity for kids even so that it was advertised. Location is horrible, nowhere to walk, just round the corner looks like dumpster. Morgan is actually 10min drive, if you don’t have a car, you stuck. Shopping location is horrible. Rooms are very badly designed, shower just in a middle of room, and toilets with clear see through glass door. AC didn’t worked in any room. Try to avoid if you can. Or at least don’t trust advertising as you not going to get what you expect. "
