"An extremely well-managed and designed property. We really enjoyed the food / entertainment / room and overall facilities. Staff were great! A couple of areas to consider for an even better guest experience is: 1) Internet not always stong in our room - so needed to do conference calls in reception area 2) Reduce the Padel booking to 30 minute slots as folks may not want to use them for a full hour in the heat. "

"We had a lovely stay at the apartments. Everything was great. Apartments themselves were great, we had paid bit more for the one with aircon. Just to be aware there are lots of stairs to get to rooms. Lift everywhere so you can always get to it but it takes time so we mostly walked as we didn’t mind that. We had a half board and food was great, sometimes the freshly cooked meat was bit tasteless but there was always lots of other choice. Outdoor snack bar had pretty good choice of food, pizza...

"We’ve stayed here a number of times over the past 20 years hotel is looking a little tired although very clean and location is ideal for us . Needs an upgrade which I believe now servatur have purchased it will happen . "

"Lovely views from everywhere. Attractive and clean environment .Good beach and sea bathing - all strikingly clean. A wealth of bars and restaurants behind beach, with some decent shops too. Excellent hotel for couples with/without young children.A bit limited for older offspring.Some traffic noise from vehicles going to and from Puerto Mogan, but these are out of sight."

Hotel was very busy during the week we went which meant finding a free table for dinner was stressful. But the food was good, with a good range for us and the kids. "
