"i stayed for 2 weeks with my well behaved dog. in feb-2025 i felt very safe in the hotel and surrounding area. short 10 min walk to a beautiful beach. room that i had was dog friendly and large .2 bedroom with kitchenette and living room. it had good ac but i rarely used it. strong hot showers. semiprivate balconies for each room. staff was very friendly and helpful. pool and hottub looked beautiful"

"Our second stay at Barcelo PV. Came back because we liked it so much 6yrs ago. Brought out 2 kids this time. Property is great. Staff is amazing. Resort is small (which we prefer). Resort is south of the city a ways. For us, this is a good thing as it is quieter. If you are looking to spend time in the city, you’d need to catch a bus or taxi.
