"施設がとても綺麗で快適でした。 何人か虫が苦手なのでどんな虫がいるのかと不安でしたが蚊だけでよかったです。 台風が近づいている中行ったので、到着時に大雨でしたが玄関ロックを開けてくださり、駐車場も 案内していただいて親切でした。 部屋のあちこちに騒音の注意が貼ってあり、どの程度なら平気かわからないので、いつクレームが来るかとドキドキしながら過ごしました。 それ以外はとっても良かったです。"

"Hygiene of this property was horrible! The property was full of insects and dirt. Bugs and spiders were everywhere - on dining table, on floor, on wall and even on the bed - literally a bug house! We were scared by a giant spider on the bed. It is beyond a normal hygiene problem but constitutes a safety concern for residents. Nevertheless, most terrifying and disappointing thing is the attitude and response of the property manager. We tried to contact the owner and asked for cleaning the dead...

"民泊だから仕方ないけど、今回は居住者だった人の生活感と臭いが残ってて食器や備品など使う気になれなかった。BBQコンロの網は前者が使ったままで焼きカスがこびりついたままで写真のようなBBQセットとは全く違った！これでレンタル料金3500円も取るなんてありえない　ホストに質問しても1週間以上過ぎた今でも既読にはならない 家の中は綺麗に掃除はしてあります。気温が低かったので虫などもいなくて七輪のBBQと焚き火は楽しめました。"
