"Booked a get away from the cold weather in Canada Love going to Florida each winter. Had a great spot. Easy to bike ride anywhere. Weather was lovely. A pool and hot tub, unfortunately do to a filter issue we did not have the use of them until after the 5th day. The host was GREAT at communicating with us and helped as much as possible. After getting the pool guy there all was fine. Was hoping for a discount on the first 5 days as the pool/spa cost 30 a day and we could not use them, I asked but...

"Myrtle was an excellent host, answered very quickly. Parking was so convenient - two assigned stalls very close to the townhouse! Location near Trader Joe’s, and I think Outlets, too, but we only did the parks. Right between Universal and Disney World! Quiet location, nice backyard view. Loved the drawers and counter space in the bathroom - made it so easy to keep my toiletries at hand and get ready faster! Plus the light was good - not like at some hotels where you’re in the dark! "Great house! One caveat was they were still cleaning when we arrived, but we were swimming at the resort, so no worries...but I'm sure they had to rush then...bedding not on our bed but in dryer...no biggie. The pool heater was not on and we had to call about it the next day and they turned it on. Very attentive when we called. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Home was clean, lots of notes around for lamps, fans etc. Didnt really cook. Just used house to sleep and shower. Definitely need to bring TP, toiletries abd garbage bags. Only get 1 of each."

"This was a beautiful place to stay after long days of training. Very clean and all the necessities we needed. The pool and hot tub were great to come home to and relax in. I would recommend the neighborhood and house to anyone staying in the Orlando area. Was also set up perfect if you bring the kids to Disney. "

"I was in town for a conference and some extra days with my family. This was a great place to stay and had plenty of space for us all. It was 15-25 minutes with traffic from every park and tourist attraction. The check-in process was super simple. The place is towards the back of the community so it was a bit dark back by the doors if the other neighbors don’t have their outside lights on. But all in all I thought it was a great place to stay. "

"My family and I stayed here for 5 days for the purposes of visiting Volcano Bay and Universal. The house is 30-45 minutes from Universal depending on traffic. The Good:The house was big enough to comfortably fit our group of 11 and Wanda was a very responsive host. There were enough dishes and cutlery for all of us and there were clean towels available for each guest.
